Fees and Rebates(as of July 1st 2022)
Psychology sessions may be reimbursed by your private health insurer. Please check your eligibility with your insurer. Note: It is not possible to claim from both Medicare and private health insurance for the same session.
Please note that we are not National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered providers and are unable to invoice NDIS plan managers directly for sessions. Most of the session fee can be covered by the NDIS if the funds are self-managed. A paid invoice will be provided for self-managed NDIS clients and gap payment may be required.
We are registered to provide the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) services to entitled clients.
Payment is due at the time of the session. We offer a direct debit system whereby the payment is automatically deducted, and Medicare rebates automatically reimbursed into the client’s account (where applicable).
We ask for a 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments so we can offer this time to someone who is waiting to be seen; otherwise, a full session fee will be charged. Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments.
